Paying with Venmo

Customers who check out on mobile and have enabled mobile web purchases in the Venmo app will see the option to pay with Venmo at checkout. After clicking Continue with PayPal, they'll see the option to Pay with PayPal or Pay with Venmo.

Return Policy:

• Authorization for returns and cancellations are required for any orders and must be received within 60 days of sale, please email HandHPublishingBilling@gmail.com for authorization.

• All returns will have a 15% restocking fee; refunds will not be issued until we have received the returned product.

• Cancellations and returns received without the proper return authorization approval will be refused.

• Cancellations will have a 5% + .30¢ restocking fee per item.

• We are no longer accepting returns on the following title: So You Want To Be An Interpreter? 4th edition by Jan Humphrey & Bob Alcorn.

• ATTENTION: If you’ve purchased any of our titles from a vendor/distribution center - you will have to return the book(s) to the vendor/distribution center. We do not accept books not purchased directly from us.

Late Payment Fee

Invoice Balance due in 30 days. If payment is received past 30 days, a late fee may be charged:

• 1-7 days late – 10% fee

• 7-14 days late – 15% fee

• 15 days or more – will be reported to our legal department to manage

Desk Copies

Yes, desk copies may be provided upon request. H & H Publishing provides one desk copy per school. Please email your request to HandHPublishingOnline@gmail.com from your school email address. Please include your mailing address, phone number & school email address so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.
